1 + 1

I have been studying, practicing, applying  yoga de-stress tools in my life for quite a long time now. It’s seen me through some rough times.

And although I make it sound suspiciously like there must be some techniques or step by step processes to mull over, memorize, or chant, it’s something a lot more relaxed than that–I just happened through the years to make it so much tougher than it’s really meant to be.

The easy part is letting go of the getting it and instead, just relax long enough to BE it. Seeking, grasping, yearning, lamenting its absence in our lives brings us exactly its twin opposite–un-ease, un-happiness.

Like trying to wrap your arms around a huge bar of slippery, shiny soap:  it will keep its soothing gentle song to itself until you can learn to sing its harmony right up next to it..

The hard part is being it while the the world around you is hell bent on calling you in another direction.

I am in a coaching program called Transformation Coaching Academy with Dr. Eve Agee and I am excited to practice my new training on some volunteers.

I plan to use my training towards wellness coaching to help someone like you gain strength, clarity, and the courage to BE it— a powerful, peaceful warrior alive and vibrant in the flow of  life.

Whatever the challenge you’ve got, we will take it on together.  I will hold a space for you to help you uncover your aliveness, your EASE.

No more wandering .
