The word is spreading: businesses need stress management help, and yoga and breathwork is becoming the answer. Even the big companies are allowing more and more of their employees a chance to find a piece (peace!)of nirvana in the middle of their day by bringing in meditation and yoga practitioners for a midday or after work gathering. It seems to be finally catching on: calm employees can meet their deadlines and get along with fellow co-workers better. Wow–what a great transition from the speeding bullet mind-set–and such a simple answer.
