Just a tiny tap and a clear sweet tone vibrates over my yoga group, gently nudging them back into soft-focused awareness. It’s from these tiny Tibetan bells to the right here, and something like these are often used in meditation practices to gently bring the mind and body into present alertness.
Its vibration is a subtle language that can open up hearts and touch our most primal layers…even bringing into balance left/right brain activity.
It calls us to “be here now.”
