Yoga around the planet

by M. M. on October 13, 2012

This is the second in a series of interviews I’ll be doing with people from all over the planet about living a yoga life–

from how we approach our food, our jobs, our relationships, ourselves, our world.

It’s completely about mindfulness of our actions.

In this interview, I am speaking with Katrina Repka, a yoga teacher in London, England, who has been teaching ISHTA yoga for many years there, and she describes this style and how it addresses the individual’s specific needs.

Her website is and her beautiful book that I mention in the interview is available at, titled:  “Breathing Space: 12 Lessons for the Modern Woman.”

Here it is–enjoy!  And please let me know your thoughts, questions, or comments below.

Per usual, Megan has provided her students/fans with a wonderfully articulate and compelling interview. . .interesting teacher and great information. Thanks, Megan!
