Food tuning

Here is my first interview of an upcoming series of recordings with friends and acquaintances who embrace yoga-like paths in all its variety,  since yoga is always more than just the posture– it is a path of mindfulness.

My interview today is with my friend Sophie O’ Gorman who runs a successful  coaching business called “Yomamacoaching.”   Sophie is a self-proclaimed “international citizen,” having an Aussie dad and French mom, who has been living in Paris, France for a number of years.  Here she shares the French love of slowing down to tune in, savor, and enjoy their meals as a mindful practice.

Loved the interview with Sofie. I totally get the “food trance”. I had the most delicious cauliflower pizza the other night. the cauliflower was soft and slightly browned giving it a very nutty taste, the very thin crust was exceptionally crispy and light and a blend of asiago and other italian cheeses topped it all. I was in 7th heaven. Thanks for the reminder to slow down and enjoy every morsel of food (and life).
