Awesome! I love this sort of inspiration. I read this, and, think, YES, I can do that, too! No longer does there need to be the expectation that aging will bring infirmity. My first yoga instructor was in her 70s, and, even though I was only (only?!) 40, that helped me see what was possible. It was a good example to help demonstrate what’s possible if you believe – and do!
